Are you a driven and technically skilled person who wants to help increase sales in our strategic markets? At Saab Dynamics within the Training & Simulations division, we are now looking for a Product Sales Responsible to join our Marketing and Sales team. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a high-tech environment and contribute to meeting the global demand for advanced live and virtual training systems.

Your Role
As Product Sales Responsible, you will be responsible for increasing sales in our strategic markets within Saab's business area Training and Simulation. This area includes both hardware and software solutions for advanced training systems, which means that technical knowledge is crucial.

In this role, you will have full sales responsibility, which includes customer outreach, establishing and developing customer relationships, follow-up, and driving business from the first contact to closing the deal.

You will work closely with the Bid Manager and Customer Sales Responsible to ensure that our customer relationships and bidding processes are managed in the best possible way.

Travel is a significant part of this role, primarily within the USA or Asia.

Over time, there may also be opportunities for a stationing in, for example, the USA or Asia, as you establish yourself in the role and in your markets.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a strong background in technical sales who thrives in a role where you drive complex sales processes. You have experience and understanding of technical solutions, preferably within project-driven operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Relevant education in a business-oriented or technical subject.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Operational skills preferably combined with strategic thinking.
• A customer-centric approach with a business focus.
• Excellent language skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

As a person, you are structured in your work and a strong team player. You have a proactive approach and take full responsibility for assigned tasks. You value customer relationships and are open, loyal, and honest with colleagues and customers.

Experience with public procurement or within the defense industry is a merit.
