Job description

The role of the instructor is operational and broad. You will be responsible for job-seeking participants who come to us for support in finding work or entering suitable education. Based on each individual's circumstances and needs, you will coach, motivate, and support the participants. You will present candidates to companies and collaborate with schools and other educational providers to help the individual find work or education.

You have a degree in study and career guidance and thrive in an outgoing role where you can use your ability to create new contacts and business relationships. A broad network, good knowledge of the local and regional business community, and a natural business drive are prerequisites that will help you thrive in this role.

To be considered for the position, a degree from the study and career guidance program and at least two years of work experience are required.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms. Other language skills are an advantage. A driver's license (B) is a requirement for this position.
