Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with the customer to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We at Alma Assistans AB are now looking for part-time and summer substitutes for a case in Älvängen. There is a chance for a fixed schedule.

Our clients need help with everything, such as hygiene, training, cooking, cleaning, etc. It is an advantage if you have experience working in healthcare, but it is not a requirement.

The shifts are scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and night shifts with on-call duty. Also, full days on weekends. On weekdays, our client works in daily activities and does not bring their assistants. You will work in a wonderful, responsible team. The most important thing is that the chemistry between you and our client is right. To work with the client, you must be proficient in and understand the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Applicants should have:

• A car and a driver's license
• Be a calm and secure person with a personal drive.
• Be able to see and take responsibility for what needs to be done.
• Have a great ability to empathize with someone else's situation and perspective.
• Good Swedish in both spoken and written form.
