Who will you work with?

We are looking for a secure and responsible assistant for a young woman with multiple disabilities and significant care needs. She enjoys listening to music, participating in her daily activities, and being at home in her apartment, which is in a separate part of her parents' villa in Stenungssund.

Job Scope

The position corresponds to approximately 60%. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays; mornings, daytime, and evenings, as well as one Saturday or Sunday per month.

Who are you applying?

You who are applying need to have personal maturity, be secure, be able to make independent decisions, and feel responsible for your tasks. Your ambition should be to stay long-term, as continuity is very important since it takes time to get to know each other.

In addition to supporting the woman in her daily care, you will also assist with motor training, during walks with a jogging stroller, and possibly during visits to swimming pools. It is therefore desirable that you have good physical fitness as you are expected to be proactive in the various activities. As an assistant, you will also provide support in daily activities.

It is an advantage if you have experience in care and nursing, are a trained nursing assistant or childcare worker. However, the most important thing is that you enjoy each other's company and have a commitment to people with disabilities.

Due to the nature of the work, we are only looking for female assistants. Furthermore, you need to speak very good Swedish and be able to follow given instructions.

You must be smoke-free and completely fragrance-free.
