As a personal assistant, you will have a varied job based on the user's individual needs, wishes, and implementation plan. Our primary task is to support and help the user achieve a good quality of life and a meaningful everyday life.

What can we offer you?

We are looking for an assistant for a man living in a rural area outside Falköping. A driver's license and a car are required as there is no public transport available. The user has extensive care needs. The job includes administering medication and documenting in the documentation system Viva.

Main tasks:

• Work with clear routines and clarifying pedagogy
• Assist with service tasks such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning
• Assist with personal hygiene
• Document in our documentation system VIVA

With us, you will receive:

• Job security – you will be employed by Falköping municipality, which means you will retain your employment if the case should cease.
• Scheduled approximately 95% with the possibility of working up to full-time. We are currently looking for people for both day and night shifts; further information will be provided during a possible interview.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for someone with a nursing education or a child and leisure education and preferably pedagogical skills. Experience with global aphasia is an advantage. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. You must master the Swedish language both orally and in writing. Experience with social documentation is a plus. Selection will be ongoing, and interviews will be conducted during the application period. A B driver's license and access to a car are required.
