We are looking for an experienced and reliable personal assistant for a 26-year-old girl in Gråbo. You have a natural caring ability, notice the little extra things, and are in a stable place in life. You dare to take initiative and create a safe, meaningful everyday life for her. Your experience allows you to handle both planned and unexpected situations with calm and professionalism.

Our client has extensive care needs and requires assistance around the clock, including double staffing. Although she does not speak, she understands everything and communicates with aids. As an assistant, you play a key role in her daily life and help her participate both personally and socially. Previous experience in personal assistance or training as a nursing assistant is particularly meritorious and can be crucial in providing the support and care required.

The position is for 80% fixed schedule with working hours during days, evenings, and weekends.

Stable and responsible – you handle both planned and unexpected situations with calm and security. Physically fit and flexible – you have good physical strength and can assist with transfers. Experience or interest in alternative communication – meritorious but not required. Engaged and attentive – you notice the details that make a difference in everyday life. Personal chemistry and humor – important for a good working relationship. Non-smoker – for a healthy work environment.

As an assistant, you play a central role in her daily life and enable her participation both personally and socially. Your work involves:

Supporting with transfers, meals, and personal hygiene. Assisting with exercise routines and daily activities. Managing medical aids (suction machine, cough machine, inhaler, etc.). Using and understanding alternative communication tools.

The position is for 80% with a rolling schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Before starting, introductory shifts as a temporary employee are offered to ensure you feel secure in your role. For a fixed schedule, you need to be responsible, independent, and flexible. During the onboarding, it is important that you show commitment, take initiative, and want to develop to later be able to work more independently.
