We have implemented Microsoft Teams 360 to streamline communication between employees, support educators, and unit managers.
By combining digitalization with person-centered care and pedagogical methods, we strengthen the use of welfare technology. LifeCare and the integration of electronic time reporting (ELT) simplify time reporting to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. This frees up time for individualized high-quality support while continuously enhancing our digital maturity and ensuring a safe and efficient digital work environment.
Your mission
As a personal assistant with us, you will work closely with individuals who have various support and care needs. You contribute to developing a meaningful everyday life and ensure that interventions are tailored to individual needs and wishes. The interventions are carried out with a rehabilitative/enabling approach to promote and maintain the individual's abilities as much as possible. This is a job that is truly important.

Who are you?
We are looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant for a person with an acquired brain injury. We would like you to have experience or knowledge of how brain injuries affect cognition, behavior, and communication. We also prefer that you have knowledge and experience in meeting and supporting individuals with brain injuries in a low-affective manner.
You enjoy creating a stimulating, safe, and secure environment for others and have experience using alternative communication as support. You have a good ability to collaborate with both colleagues and relatives to ensure the best possible care. The work involves creating safety and predictability through a low-affective approach and being able to adapt your response based on the needs of the assistance user.
The work can be both physically and mentally demanding, so we are looking for someone who is attentive, patient, and secure in their professional role. You are expected to be comfortable using digital tools and have a desire to develop your digital competence. You are solution-focused, curious, and have an understanding, or a desire to understand, how digital tools can contribute to more effective and qualitative support.
Working hours
The working hours are scheduled for all hours of the day and every other weekend. This means that the work includes day, evening, and night shifts. We schedule working hours according to ATL, and the position includes sleeping on duty.
Qualifications
- Certified nursing assistant education or other training deemed suitable
- Experience in low-affective approaches, alternative and augmentative communication, e.g., communication aids and clarifying pedagogy
- Knowledge of acquired brain injuries and experience in personal assistance is considered an advantage
- Driving license B
- Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Additional information
The recruitment process will begin immediately, and selection, interviews, and appointments may occur during the application period. We apply a probationary period.
