JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a summer substitute within the care and social services administration. You will have the opportunity for an exciting job with variety in one of our units. As a substitute this summer, you will have the chance to work on a fixed schedule during the holiday period.

Within the administration, we actively work for everyone's work environment and create conditions for you to feel joy and satisfaction in your work every day. If you become one of us, we also offer you a calm and secure introduction.

In daily activities, you are there for people with various functional variations. Here, participants are offered different activities tailored to their needs and conditions. The operations often have different orientations and can vary between kitchen service, manufacturing, and dance/theater/music. Perhaps you have an interest you would like to combine with a job where you help people?

The working hours you have the opportunity to work within daily activities are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

The work involves you, together with other staff, providing support, service, care, and assistance. The interventions are individually planned, which means that the care recipient's individual needs and conditions are at the center. It may also involve being helpful in everyday life and at various social activities. The work requires a good attitude, ability to collaborate, sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be able to work as a summer substitute within daily activities, you need:

• A valid criminal record check
• To understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
• Basic digital skills
• To be at least 18 years old

It is advantageous if you have studied the Care and Social Services program or another education that is deemed equivalent. Experience from care and social work is also an advantage. It is beneficial if you have a driver's license.

Personally, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. You listen to other people in order to understand their needs and have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. Finally, you take responsibility for your own and shared work tasks with the users' best interests in focus.
