Summer Temp Positions Available

We are currently looking for 2 summer temp workers to cover when regular staff are on vacation. Our client is a woman who uses a wheelchair, has Rett syndrome, and epilepsy. We prefer female applicants as the client feels most comfortable with them. As an assistant, you will have an important and meaningful role in our client's daily life.

Our client is a cheerful young woman, soon to be 32 years old, living in a villa with a spacious garden just a stone's throw from the city center. You will be part of a safe team of assistants in a unique and pleasant environment where you have the chance to work freely and creatively based on the client's needs and interests. In addition to ensuring that daily routines function smoothly, it is a great advantage if you enjoy spending time outdoors and going for walks. You will also accompany our client on outings, so you need to have a driver's license, and you will travel together in the client's own car or walk. You will receive personalized introduction/training in all aspects of the client's care needs and routines.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

As an assistant, we see that you are attentive and work towards our client's motor skills and well-being. You should keep your eyes and ears open for events and activities that you and our client can attend together. You should enjoy swimming, music, going to concerts, and cooking for both everyday meals and special occasions. You will receive personalized introduction and training in all aspects of the client's care needs and routines. You need to be flexible regarding working hours as we in the team manage staffing if someone gets sick – we support our client and each other.

Desirable Experience

• Driver's license B.
• Enjoy being outdoors.
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Experience with epilepsy.
• Swimmer.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Start immediately.
• Working hours are scheduled for all hours of the day, with awake night shifts and double assistance occurring.
• Summer temps 2 from June to August for varying hours 30-35 hours/week.
