As an employee at the Court Administration, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of the entire Swedish Courts, consisting of around 80 courts, authorities, and boards with approximately 7,000 employees. About 400 employees at the Court Administration work to develop and support the Swedish Courts, with the headquarters located centrally in Jönköping and local offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Umeå. We are looking for you, an experienced security specialist, who is driven by development and wants to strengthen our work in security protection within the unit for protection and preparedness.
About the Position
In this role, you will help develop the authority's capacity in security protection by participating in the establishment of governing documents, developing and leading training in security protection, participating in the development of process and method support work, and supporting the operations with specific security protection assessments. You will collaborate with various operations within the Court Administration and with authorities within the Swedish Courts. Within the unit, we support each other over time in various issues, which means you may also be involved in matters concerning both operational protection and civil preparedness.
The unit for protection and preparedness is responsible for leading and coordinating security work and for leading and coordinating preparedness planning within the Swedish Courts.

Who Are You?
You have experience in qualified analytical work, such as security protection analysis and risk and vulnerability analysis. You have extensive experience in sensitive security operations and/or with classified information.
You have very good knowledge of applicable security protection legislation as well as regulations, directives, and standards in the field. You have a degree from a university or a vocational education with a focus on security protection or other post-secondary education combined with experience that we consider equivalent.
You can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Experience in public administration or working in other relevant security areas, such as personnel security, is desirable. Furthermore, you have good knowledge and experience in developing specific security protection assessments.
Other Information
The position is permanent with the workplace located in Jönköping. A probationary period may apply.
Remote work up to two days a week can be agreed upon, to be determined in dialogue with your immediate supervisor.
Travel and overnight stays in service may occur.
The position entails that you will be placed in a war position at the authority.
The position requires a security clearance before a decision on employment is made. This means that a security review according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted. You will receive more information about this at a later stage.
