Avarn Security has been tasked with delivering personnel security services to the Saab Group in Sweden and abroad. The delivery is a significant part of a coordinated security delivery with Avarn Security's surveillance and technology organization.

The coordinated security delivery is one of Sweden's most complex, dynamic, and visible assignments with a nationwide customer responsibility for the group.

Job Responsibilities: You will work as a uniformed security guard in a supervisory role. You will lead and distribute the daily operations and ensure that Avarn meets the agreement we have with the customer. You will work both operationally and administratively with a clear customer focus. You contribute to your colleagues' well-being and have a clear goal of developing the delivery.

Qualifications: We are looking for someone with personal maturity who feels secure in themselves. We see that you have a high security awareness and understand the concept of systematic security work. You should have social skills, be easy to collaborate with, and have the ability to get a group to work together towards clearly defined goals. You should be a leader who, without pretension, shows the way for your colleagues through your drive and commitment.

Process: The position involves placement in a security class, which means you will undergo a security clearance before potential employment.

Working Hours: Daytime - weekdays.

Place of Employment: Saab AB Huskvarna

Duration: Permanent employment. A probationary period of 6 months applies.

Start Date: By agreement

Salary: According to collective agreement

Qualifications

• at least 18 years old before starting the assignment
• high school diploma
• good Swedish in speech and writing
• driver's license
• trained security guard with a valid appointment (civil or military performed after 2016)
• knowledge of Office - (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

You must also be unpunished*, drug-free, have an orderly economy, and good health and fitness to be employed by Avarn Security. It is an advantage if you also have an approved security guard and/or security training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• weapon training
• military background
• experience in a leadership role
• experience in security and/or surveillance work
• experience in administrative work
• education/work in finance/accounting
