HRM Business Development is in an exciting growth phase and is now looking for an engaged and business-driven CEO who wants to take the company to the next level.

Job Description

As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing HRM's operations, focusing on profitable growth. You will work strategically and operationally to:

• Be responsible for the company's overall economy, strategy, profitability, and growth targets.
• Lead, follow up, and develop the organization.
• Strengthen HRM's position in the market by identifying new business opportunities and developing our offerings.
• Drive sales and develop new customer relationships while strengthening existing collaborations.
• Continue to develop a culture where the team grows together.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Documented experience in creating profitable growth in a leadership role, such as CEO, business area manager, regional manager, sales manager, or similar.
• Experience in building and developing strong customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of business economics and business strategy.
• A comprehensive relevant network of potential customers and employees.
• At least five years of leadership experience with good results.
• Experience working with full P&L responsibility.
