Arjo is looking for an Accounting Manager who wants to lead and develop the Finance Operations Center for the Nordic region, and you are now offered a very exciting key role.

As an Accounting Manager, you will lead and coach a team of 8 people in accounting and accounts payable. You will have overall responsibility for closing accounts, financial reporting, taxes, VAT, and compliance for the parent company's entities. Additionally, you will play an important role in driving the digitalization and streamlining of processes – Arjo wants to become even better, and you will be part of showing the way!

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Accounting and AP teams (8 direct reports).
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reporting.
• Be responsible for annual reports, taxes, VAT, and compliance.
• Conduct analysis of financial reports.
• Develop and streamline processes in the area through digitalization and automation.
• Onboard and train new employees within Finance.
• Be the contact person for authorities and auditors.
