Sales Receptionist at Nordic Wellness Höganäs

We are looking for someone who wants to work:

On an as-needed basis In a role where service, sales, and member contact are in focus With varying working hours, primarily daytime on weekdays, but also evenings and weekends

About the role

As a sales receptionist, you are the face of the club and responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. You ensure that every member receives a first-class training experience and that the facility always maintains the highest quality.

Your tasks include:

• Welcoming and assisting members and guests
• Creating a clean, fresh, and pleasant environment at the facility
• Handling sales of memberships and products
• Contributing to a family-friendly and positive atmosphere
• Ensuring order and tidiness in the reception and gym

The work is varied and requires that you are flexible and self-driven. No day is the same, and you will play an important role in creating the best possible training experience for our members.

We are looking for someone who:

Is 18 years or older Enjoys meeting people and building good relationships Has a positive and service-oriented attitude Is flexible and can work both daytime, evenings, and weekends Is self-driven, takes initiative, and sees what needs to be done Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in service or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude, energy, and willingness to develop!
