As a school administrator with us, you will be a key person in the school's daily operations and an integral part of the school community. You will work closely with the school management to ensure smooth and effective administration.

Your main responsibility is to manage student administration in our various systems, including, for example, CSN, absence and grade registration, as well as other documentation related to students' schooling.

You provide service to students, guardians, and colleagues and play a central role in supporting the school management and staff in various tasks.

In addition to student administration, you will also handle tasks such as substitute procurement, sick leave notifications, and certain office supply purchases.

To apply, we would like you to have

Experience from similar work. Previously worked in a school. Good knowledge of the Office suite, SchoolSoft (or equivalent student platform), and Google Drive. Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Conditions

  • Working hours: 100%.
  • Employment type: Fixed-term employment, vacation service.
  • Start date: June 2 or by agreement.
