The Municipal Management Administration is the administration of the municipal executive board. Here, about 100 employees work in finance and procurement, communication, IT, administration, business, tourism, HR and payroll, switchboard, security, and law.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and entrepreneurs contacting the municipality.
• Work with the switchboard and reception, which will develop into an integrated service area during the autumn.
• Provide assistance and service with various matters.

Working Hours

• One week of introduction in May.
• Part-time work (about 2 days/week during June and July).
• Opportunity to work extra if needed after the summer.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a pro at customer service, love to help and provide service, and always put the customer at the center!

We are looking for someone who:

• is social, flexible, and has a positive attitude.
• finds it easy to absorb new information and work with a phone and computer simultaneously.
• is structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented.

We would also like you to have experience in customer service or service professions.

We also want you to:

• have ongoing or completed high school education.
• have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• be accustomed to working digitally and comfortable learning new systems.
