The Södervärn Health Center is a large health center located in the hospital area of Malmö, close to both parking garages and train and bus connections. Our health center also includes the child health center (BVC) Familjens Hus. We have specialist clinics for diabetes, memory care, incontinence, and are also in the startup phase of a geriatric clinic. We share premises with the Evening and Weekend Clinic, which is tasked with meeting citizens' needs for urgent, unplanned primary care in the evenings and weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who, with commitment and drive, wants to become part of our secretarial team! With us, you will work closely with our patients and other colleagues as well as healthcare providers.

In your role as executive support, your tasks include scheduling, absence management, deviation handling, and assisting with questions related to the HR portal. You will work closely with the operations manager and unit manager. As a medical secretary, your usual tasks include printing medical records, letters, and statements, as well as handling referrals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a recognized education in Health and Medical Care Administration 80p KY or 400p YH, or equivalent approved medical or physician secretary training. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Furthermore, you also have good knowledge of medical terminology. Experience as executive support is an advantage.

You need to adapt your working methods to current conditions and have a strong interest in development, learning, and administration.
