We are now strengthening the Finance team with an additional person. We are looking for a sustainability controller for the controlling team in Malmö, which currently consists of 4 people. You will report to CFO Thomas Pehrsson, a well-liked leader who is always available for his staff and supports his team through thick and thin.

Here, there are all opportunities for you who want to shape your role and develop quickly in sustainability. As the first sustainability controller on site, you will be offered a palette of knowledge through Kjell & Company’s consultants in the field.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Together with the CFO, CSCO, and CCO, be responsible for the company’s sustainability issues in close collaboration with consultants in the field
• Implement processes in accordance with the CSRD directive and identify key figures for sustainability reporting
• Manage the data collection process in collaboration with other Controllers
• Implement ESG strategies
• Analyze and evaluate sustainability data and ensure quality by driving the necessary changes within the organization

To thrive in this role, we see that you have a strong interest in sustainability issues and a post-secondary education in economics or equivalent. You may have worked a bit in the field or perhaps been the one in the company who had the opportunity to attend various training sessions in the area. Maybe you are currently working as an auditor and want to take the next step and specialize in this? As a person, you are structured while also being communicative and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Your curiosity and communicative nature allow you to quickly build trust.
