JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tröingeberg Preschool is looking for a committed, curious, and creative preschool teacher who is ready to take on the assignment based on a project-oriented working method. In your role as a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for driving and updating the curriculum goals and intentions together with your colleagues in the work team, ensuring that children are given the conditions to develop the skills highlighted in our curriculum. This occurs in both planned and spontaneous teaching. We work according to the vision of preschools in Falkenberg:

In the unit, we challenge each other regarding pedagogical questions/statements and see this as a good foundation for continued development both as individuals and as a group. You will thus find yourself in several different contexts where you are expected to contribute to the preschool's development and goal fulfillment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained preschool teacher, and if you have experience from previous work in preschools, it is an advantage. As a person, you are initiative-driven and development-oriented, enjoying finding solutions that drive the preschool forward.

You see the positives in children, colleagues, and guardians, and your attitude is that everyone does their best based on their circumstances. You have good digital competence and a strong communicative ability, both verbally and in writing.

OTHER

The Education Act requires that all employees within school/preschool activities must present an extract from the criminal record before employment can begin. Certification must be attached to the application, or a qualification-giving exam that entitles you to a certification.
