Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's autonomy and privacy, contributing to a smooth daily life.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a woman in her 40s living in Falkenberg
• shares the same interests as our client - gardening and animals
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• can work in a household with both a dog and a cat
• has a B driver's license and access to a car
• is non-smoking

It is also an advantage if you:

• can understand and be understood in English, as travel may occur in the job

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment level, and salary:

The current employment form is on-call as needed. Shifts may be distributed during day, evening, and night, including on-call duties.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is in accordance with collective agreements.

According to agreement.
