We are looking for a support assistant for the new LSS residence at Limabackavägen 10 in Väröbacka.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities include care, pedagogical and practical support in daily living, medication management after delegation, and social documentation.

You will, in collaboration with the individual and/or their network, establish, manage, and follow up on the goals of the implementation plan, realizing the highest possible quality and participation in daily life. You will be responsible for the individual's care, rehabilitation, and training independence together with the individual.

It is important to create, maintain, and develop good contact with relatives, guardians, healthcare, and other authorities for the individual.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed a care and support program or equivalent qualifications.

You should be attentive and engaged in a way that creates opportunities and conditions for the resident in their daily life. You should be a good and clear communicator in interaction with the residents.

You should possess a good ability to see the whole picture and context while being able to consider individual needs. We prefer that you have knowledge and experience in low-arousal approaches and clear pedagogical methods. Experience with similar tasks is seen as an asset by the employer.

Good Swedish in speech and writing is required.

A driver's license is required.

Varberg Municipality has a political decision regarding the desired employment degree. This means that the employee has the right to work full-time or part-time as desired.
