We are looking for someone who wants to work full-time 90-100%. The shifts are scheduled for full days or half days. 16:00 - 15:00 or 16:00-08:30 with 7 hours of standby at night. Sometimes 08:30-16.

Our client is a man who enjoys Lego, trains, and watching various YouTube videos (often about trains). He walks independently, so there are no heavy lifts or similar tasks. He does not have a spoken language but communicates through facial expressions, gestures, signs, and pictures. Since our client has autism, previous experience with autism is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You as an assistant are responsible for everything concerning the client's health and home. Ensure that daily routines are followed, etc.

• You must have a driver's license and access to your own car to reach the workplace.
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are important.
• We are looking for someone who can make independent decisions and easily find solutions if any problems arise.
• Working hours are weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 8:30 AM with 7 hours of standby at night. On weekends, you work full days from about 3:30 PM to 3:30 PM the following day with 7 hours of standby at night.

We particularly welcome female applicants. Age 40+ with healthcare education or experience working in healthcare is preferred.

The position is to be filled immediately with an introduction starting likely from May/June or as agreed.
