Area 3–6, which currently includes 6 group homes under LSS located in central Falkenberg, Årstad, Vessigebro, and Ullared, is starting up an additional group home located in Ljungby and is therefore looking for more support assistants. The startup will take place in September.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a support assistant, you are interested in a developing and versatile job, where we help create and maintain conditions for safety, self-determination, quality of life, and joy for our users.

The work involves providing support and service to the residents to contribute to a functioning and stimulating everyday life. The tasks consist of, for example, personal care, social support, and other interventions tailored to each individual's needs and circumstances. We work from a solution-focused approach with the user in focus.

Your assignment includes a contact person responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who,

• is a trained nursing assistant, caregiver, or preschool teacher (with a focus on educational and social work)
• has experience with autism and autism-like conditions.
• has experience working with people with disabilities.
• has basic computer skills and experience with documentation.
• has good collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly and directly.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Experience in psychiatry and comorbidity is an advantage. A driver's license is required.

Interviews may take place on an ongoing basis.

Salary form: monthly salary
Working hours: Schedule: day, evening, night with sleeping on-call and weekends.
