The role of a personal assistant with us

As a personal assistant, you will mostly work alone, but around you is a team of colleagues, method developers, and a manager. You will work based on the individual needs of the assistance user by providing support, including personal care, practical tasks at home, and leisure activities. With one assistance user, it is solo work with a man, where you also need to have a B driver's license to work. With the other assistance user (man), deeper support is needed in the form of advanced healthcare interventions. In this workplace, you will always have support from a colleague, as the assistance user has double staffing around the clock. With the third assistance user, you will be with a woman in central Kungsbacka.

Your profile

As a person, you are professional in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You find it easy to collaborate and rotate with your colleagues. You take responsibility for both your own and your colleagues' work environment. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who:

• are at least 18 years old
• do not have pet allergies as there is a dog at the workplace
• are a certified nursing assistant or have several years of experience in equivalent work
• express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is required in daily work
• can work both day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend
• are flexible and willing to support other assistance users as needed

It is meritorious if you have:

• education focused on care and nursing
• previous experience working as a personal assistant
• B driver's license

Our offer and other information

We offer both permanent and temporary part-time/full-time positions with placement according to agreement.

Your employment rate will be adjusted according to your employment form. For those employed permanently, you will work on a rolling schedule throughout the week. Working hours during the day, evening, and every other weekend. We plan the working hours based on a shortened working time of 37 hours/week.
