JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome to a workplace that makes a difference!
The outpatient care in the children and youth department consists of two family treatment units, family treatment for children (0-10 years) and treatment for youth (11-20 years). Both units work from a systemic and family-oriented perspective where we have conversations with children, young people, and parents. Within outpatient care, there is also an MST team, a high-risk team, and a crisis center for domestic violence.
We offer professional and personal development and a workplace with good cohesion with an inclusive and open work climate. The administration collaborates with Halmstad University’s competence platform for continuous learning where you have the opportunity to contribute your experience and knowledge for the social work education at Halmstad University. The unit offers regular supervision through external supervisors and employees work structured and actively with Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) for increased dialogue with those we work with based on the treatment assignment. Throughout the department, we work with Signs of Safety and MI.
