Do you want to be a reliable adult, a listening voice, and a driving force for students' well-being? Then you are the one we are looking for as a counselor at our school – an important key person in our student health work focusing on attendance, preventive measures, and strong collaboration.

With us, you will meet a vocational school with 300 students, nine different programs, and a warm and collaborative work climate. Here, relationships, safety, and belief in the future are at the center. We believe in the power of working together – across subject boundaries and professions – and you will play a central role in that work.

As a counselor, you will be part of our student health team and work closely with teachers, mentors, the student health team, and school management. Your work is both preventive and promotional, and you will have a key role in investigating, understanding, and working with students' absenteeism – with the goal of creating a school where everyone wants and can be.

This is what we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker or has equivalent counseling qualifications. You:

• Have experience in student health work in schools or similar settings
• Have the ability to build trust and meet young people in various life situations
• Are structured, collaborative, and self-driven
• Are passionate about working preventively, promoting, and solution-focused

If you have experience with attendance investigations, that is a big plus!
