Support Consultant for Lotsen

As we have an upcoming retirement, we need a new support consultant for our team. If you are the right person for us, we offer a secure workgroup with good cohesion. With us, you will receive external supervision and continuous professional development. We are a close-knit team located in central Hyltebruk working with addiction, dual diagnosis, domestic violence, and perpetrators of violence. We provide services at clients' homes and in our facilities. We also have open activities that the target group is welcome to. Our unit is called the support and treatment team Lotsen.

Support Consultant for Outpatient Care (IFO), focusing on addiction and dual diagnosis

As a support consultant, you will primarily receive assignments via assistance decisions from the adult social services, but also from IFO children and youth. All our assignments are tailored to the individual and may include support in daily life, assistance with authority and healthcare contacts, motivational/supportive conversations, and testing.

We are looking for someone with relevant education/experience, preferably social pedagogy or treatment pedagogy. Meriting for the position includes:

• Experience working with people in addiction and vulnerability.
• Having worked in HVB homes or at a support accommodation.
• Experience in documentation.

The ability to collaborate and work in a team is essential for this position. A B driver's license is a requirement.
