We are a friendly and cheerful team that has been working with our client, an adult girl with significant support needs, for a long time. You who come need to be her arms and legs and be present in her daily life. She and her needs are always the top priority. She communicates in alternative ways using an eye-controlled computer. We now need to hire someone who wants to work 50-75%. Sometimes up to full-time during other assistants' illness and leave.

She leads an active life; you will accompany her to horse riding and swimming, sometimes to DV and to evening activities such as choir and bowling.

A very varied job where no day is like the other. In the summer, there will be many excursions, bike rides, cinema, theater, music performances, visits to Liseberg, etc. In short, the best job in the world!

Heavy lifting may occur.

You preferably have a driver's license.

No experience is needed; personal suitability is the most important. However, it is an absolute requirement that you speak fluent Swedish. We prefer that you are self-driven, take your own initiatives, and can be flexible when needed. The atmosphere in the team is good, and we help each other solve problems that arise.

Due to the nature of the work, we prefer female applicants for this position. You must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

You will be paired with an experienced assistant for an extended period.

Working hours are according to a rolling schedule with day, evening, and possibly night shifts. You will work every other weekend, but not the entire weekend.

The workplace is located in Kungsbacka.
