JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a preschool assistant for Östra Gärdets preschool! Östra Gärdet is a multicultural preschool located centrally near the Ätran river. The preschool consists of 3 departments divided into a 5-year group, a 3-4 year group, and a 1-3 year group.

We are looking for someone who sees each child's unique abilities with a focus on the development and learning of the children and the organization. In your work, you recognize the importance of children's learning environments both indoors and outdoors, creative expressions, and the use of pedagogical documentation as a working tool for systematic quality work.

You have the will, commitment, and take responsibility for implementing and documenting the teaching as well as developing the pedagogical work in collaboration with others in the team and are accustomed to handling various digital tools.

The position is 75-80% where you are an extra resource and may cover vacancies, so the employment rate can be higher.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a preschool assistant education. You should have a positive attitude towards collegial learning, be able to take initiative, and work both independently and in a team. You should have the desire and ability to see opportunities and thus be involved in developing our organization.

You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The Education Act requires that all employees within school/preschool activities must present an extract from the criminal record before employment can begin.
