Musan's cultural preschool is now looking for a licensed preschool teacher. The person we are looking for should have an interest in art, music, and drama.

Musan's Preschools consist of Musan - Ekehöjden in central Halmstad and Musan - Stjärnarp located just south of the city in a picturesque area. The operation is private with a focus on creative creation and outdoor activities as the foundation for children's learning. We believe that learning through play, joy, curiosity, and happiness is crucial for children's development and well-being. We place great importance on ethics, how we treat each other and our planet in the hope of creating caring, strong, independent individuals with a broad perspective who understand diversity and differences. Those of us who work at Musan's Preschools are a mix of people with different backgrounds, nationalities, and interests, which is reflected in many ways in our operations.

In our studios, children get to explore their artistic sides in playful ways and have the chance to familiarize themselves with a variety of materials and techniques. We place great importance on the creative process itself, where children's imagination and ideas guide us in hopes of creating creative individuals who think outside the box.

We spend a lot of time outdoors to playfully plant a seed in the children that helps them develop care, consideration, and understanding for humans, animals, and nature. Playing and learning outdoors, in all weather, with what nature has to offer, creates creative and imaginative children who also develop balance, coordination, self-confidence, and stay healthier.

Through playful singing, music, dance, and drama, children are given the opportunity to explore and develop their ability to express themselves and make their voices heard, thus strengthening them as individuals.

In our kitchens, our chefs prepare delicious lunches and snacks. We place great importance on cooking from scratch, without unnecessary additives, and using as many organic ingredients as possible, thereby being a positive role model for healthy and nutritious food.

The applicant will be part of a team that collectively plans, implements, and evaluates the operations according to the preschool curriculum.

We have a younger children's department and an older children's department, and the applicant should be able to work with all ages.

Experience/knowledge in music and drama is an advantage.
