NyKraft is a privately owned company within LSS that provides personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values safety and personal interaction, which is why most of our customers and employees are located in Falkenberg.

The goal is to offer a more personalized personal assistance. As a customer of NyKraft, you are offered individual assistance that is tailored to your needs together with you. The customer is involved in the recruitment and the final choice of assistants.

We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement.

About the position:

We are now looking for substitutes for our customer, a wheelchair-bound woman in her 38 years of age who needs assistance around the clock.

Start immediately or as agreed.

Working hours are scheduled as shifts from 20:00 to 09:00 or alternatively from 10:00 to 20:00.

A cat is present in the home.

The customer smokes, so it is important that you have no issues with this.

The work with this customer is of a calm nature, and we are therefore looking for someone who enjoys working primarily at the customer's home, and if you like cleaning/household chores, that is a big plus.

Description of the position:

Working as a personal assistant is varied and can change significantly from day to day. It also means having a meaningful job where you help another human being with the things in everyday life that many take for granted. This could include dressing oneself, cooking, taking a walk, or other essential tasks to make everyday life function.

As a personal assistant, you need to have empathy and respect for the person you are working for. The profession places high demands on flexibility, responsibility, and commitment. Your ability to work based on the customer's focus and wishes is crucial for your suitability as a personal assistant.

As there is a significant need for care, we prefer candidates with experience in this area, but it is not a requirement as long as you feel comfortable in such situations, as employment begins with shadowing combined with training for delegated tasks.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Calm and clear in your approach and communication
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it involves receiving and giving instructions regarding the customer's care
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Experience as a personal assistant
• Experience in care and nursing work
