The role of a preschool assistant with us

Your profile

We strive to find a person with the right combination of personality and competence. You have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and actively work to develop the operation and its systematic quality work. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, adaptable to situations, and open to change. You find it easy to collaborate and interact with children, guardians, and colleagues in a professional manner. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability is of great importance.

• is a qualified preschool assistant or has another educational background

The preschool area in Onsala consists of Dannebacka, Iserås, Rydets, Kaptensgården, and Strannegården preschools. In the area, we meet in a learning organization through distributed leadership and collegial learning.

Rydets preschool consists of three groups, all fundamentally for ages 1-5, but divided into smaller fixed contexts based on the children's ages. We organize ourselves into teams with preschool teachers in each team. The preschools in the area are characterized by a pleasant atmosphere! Here, we organize ourselves with the child's needs in focus and with a conscious effort around relational pedagogy. The preschools are located in a scenic environment close to the sea. We prioritize the children to create an environment that is stimulating, joyful, and inspiring, but also where there is room for calm and peace.

Our offer and additional information

We offer a fixed-term full-time employment from April 14 to July 6. The process will involve the principal meeting you for a first interview. You will also have the opportunity to talk with potential colleagues during the process.
