JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a method developer who will be the cohesive force in the field of psychiatry. The method developer will support the management team in developing working methods, methods, and routines for the area and implementing these. The psychiatry method developer will be part of a management group together with a method developer in LSS, 12 unit managers, and the organization's disability rights coordinator. You will have close collaboration with the LSS method developer.

To develop work in the area so that method support, competence development, and overall quality work meet established goals, methods, quality requirements, and other guidelines. Guidance and support to employees regarding approach, attitudes, and evidence-based methods within psychiatry permeate the assignment and are entirely needs-driven.

The assignment also targets the support pedagogue organization where the method developer has a clear role.

We want to open up for creativity, new ideas, and business development with the user's needs in focus.

You are attentive to the need for development/competence development and raise these issues to the management group for the area. Your work will also involve contributing to strengthening collaboration with other partners, both internal and external.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in psychiatry or other training deemed equivalent by the employer. Experience in psychiatry and/or broad knowledge in the field is a requirement for this position. We want you to have experience with evidence-based methods and have a habit and interest in driving development work. You have good knowledge of SoL and LSS legislation and its application. We also see that you have experience in training/guidance work. Furthermore, you have good pedagogical skills, ease in communicating and expressing yourself in speech and writing, as well as building relationships. You have the ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and can drive several processes simultaneously. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
