As a customer of NyKraft, you are offered individual assistance that is tailored to your needs together with the customer. The customer is involved in the recruitment and in the final choice of assistants.

Description:

We are now looking for personal assistants for both permanent positions, longer temporary contracts, and summer substitutes for 2025!

Substitutes will be assigned a schedule for the summer period from June to August, with the possibility of extra work both before and after the summer period.

As a personal assistant, you help the customer in all situations related to life, both in and outside the home. You support the customer with household chores and personal care/hygiene, as well as accompany them on activities and outings. It is beneficial if you enjoy being active, as there may be heavy lifting and/or walking involved.

We are looking for someone who has a good command of the Swedish language and is calm and clear in their approach and communication. It is an advantage if you have worked as a personal assistant before, but it is not a requirement. A clear advantage if you have a driver's license and access to your own car.

Night work with sleeping duty may occur.

Requirements:

• Calm and clear in your approach and communication
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as it involves giving and receiving instructions about the customer's care
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Experience as a personal assistant
• Experience in care and support work
