The mission of the Education and Labor Market Administration is to increase individuals' opportunities to find work and become self-sufficient through education, internships, and employment. We have, among other things, the municipality's largest collective offering of upper secondary education and courses for adults.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a new employee for the unit for financial assistance in the Education and Labor Market Administration in Halmstad Municipality, we are looking for a temporary employee.

The unit focuses on the individual's abilities, and our primary task is to create and strengthen the individual's opportunities for self-sufficiency through active measures and change work. We continuously collaborate with other authorities to help people achieve self-sufficiency and an independent life.

As a social worker, your main responsibilities include processing applications for financial assistance and collaborating with other actors to strengthen the individual's ability for self-sufficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or equivalent education. Previous experience in working with financial assistance is an advantage.

The assignment requires that you can work both independently and together with other colleagues and actors. We expect you to have a good ability to plan and structure your work effectively. We are also looking for someone who communicates well and can easily adapt their way of conveying messages according to the audience so that expectations are clear for all parties involved.

You encourage others to participate and be creative, show personal care by providing support and confronting in a good spirit, both for your closest colleagues and for the organization as a whole.
