JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ulriksberg School is a newly renovated municipal school, centrally located in Växjö. The staff currently working at the school are dedicated and experienced educators who together create the best for the students with a focus on trustful relationships and a good study environment so that all our students can develop as far as possible based on the goals of education.

There are well-established structures and common threads in the school's work as both school management and staff have worked together for a long time. The school has chosen to organize itself with what we call a three-teacher system, meaning we have three class teachers for two classes with a total of 50 students, and in one class, four class teachers. In this grade team, there is also a student resource in the team's basic staffing. We see this organization as a reason for our good goal fulfillment and a high level of both safety and well-being among staff, students, and guardians.

The school's vision is that the students of Ulriksberg School should be safe, engaged, knowledge-seeking individuals who take responsibility for themselves and each other. The school should be permeated by safety so that everyone can thrive, feel good, and dare to be themselves but also be able to collaborate with each other. With an eye on the outside world, we educate for the future.

We are now looking for you who want to become our new colleague! We are expanding to ensure our multilingual students achieve higher goal fulfillment in all subjects. You will belong to the middle school team and thus also teach grades 4-6. In the classroom, you create a safe learning environment characterized by a good study atmosphere and a trusting climate.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed teacher with the qualification to teach SVA at the middle school level. We believe you are passionate about teaching SVA and that you work to develop language and skills.

You consciously work to build good relationships with students to achieve high goal fulfillment and have a good ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.
