Junibacken has 4 departments but works as a team, and we see the preschool as a large unit.

Alstermo is located about 35 minutes from Lessebo, Nybro, Braås, and about 55 minutes from Rottne.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged preschool teacher who is passionate about creating a safe and stimulating environment for our children. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to help develop our children into curious and independent individuals.

As a preschool teacher, you have a leading role where you plan, implement, and follow up on the educational work based on the curriculum. Based on your profession, you will conduct analyses to improve and develop the operations together with the work team.

In your role as a preschool teacher, you actively work to create a stimulating and developing learning environment where the children are at the center. In a quality-conscious manner, you create good conditions for the child's development and learning, as well as the documentation of the same. We at the preschool work with joy in preschool, so that staff and children feel joy in being there.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed preschool teacher. You have good insight and knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and have a good ability to implement them practically in daily work. You should be updated with current research in your field.

As a person, you need to be confident in yourself and have a good ability to build relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians.

OTHER
