Academy of Music and Business is a completely unique music and business-related specialized education that started in the autumn of 2013. The education is nationally recruiting and the school is characterized by extensive value-based work. The goal of the education is to teach students to apply pragmatic thinking to their own creativity, to understand the value of building brands, to have knowledge of intellectual property rights, and to broadly inform the creator about the conditions that exist in the cultural climate that is constantly changing. The education is enhanced by a large number of speakers from the absolute top of the music industry to remain constantly updated. Academy of Music and Business started its first sister school in Vara in the autumn of 2017.

We are currently looking for a driven and committed teacher who wishes to be part of the exciting journey in Tingsryd. AMB is a specialized education for students focused on music, music production, entrepreneurship, and dance/musical. The school is based on extensive and well-established value-based work (My Better Me). AMB does not view the Swedish school system as it is, but as it should be. WE ARE LOOKING FOR TEACHERS IN THE FOLLOWING:

Teaching teacher in English at the high school level. YOU will teach English level 1, English 6, and English 7.

Mentorship for about 8 students may be relevant for the position.

You will work in a team with other teachers, who will support you in planning and evaluation.

The position is a temporary contract. Start 11/8-2025 until 19/6-2026, with the possibility of extension.

The position is 75% of full-time.
