Responsibilities
You will be part of a team of teachers where you jointly plan and are responsible for the students' education and development, as well as deciding on any needs for, for example, subject integration or project studies in your classes. Your focus is on creating the best conditions for each student in a safe and trusting environment. You will teach students in primary school where you educate and support them in their knowledge development. You challenge students to take their own initiatives, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others. You will have the opportunity to participate in the school's traditions and events, such as Sundsbro Day and Sundsbro Run.
At Sundsbroskolan, you are offered a good working climate within the work team and the opportunity to develop your pedagogy. In addition to your team of teachers, you will also collaborate with a competent student health team and be led by a manager who is passionate about student development. The teaching is in Swedish (Sv) and Social Studies (SO) for two year 6 classes. You will have time and support for subject planning from a colleague in the same year group. Your assignment includes mentoring some of our students. In your role as a mentor, you have specific responsibility for a group of students, which gives you the opportunity to follow their academic development and personal maturity more closely. As a mentor, you inform and keep the student's guardians updated on the student's academic progress.

Your teaching is modern, and you develop your work based on evidence-based research. With good knowledge and experience, you work efficiently with relevant digital tools.
