Job Description

We are now looking for you who are a teacher for grades 7-9 with qualifications to teach Swedish at Katrinelundsskolan.

As a teacher with us, you plan and conduct teaching and serve as a mentor for a class of approximately 3-10 students. You work to ensure that students achieve the best possible development, both academically and socially, and actively influence and stimulate students to develop as much as possible to meet the knowledge requirements. All teachers at the school contribute to developing the school's pedagogical work, both in common and within the subject/subjects.

Qualifications

You who apply are a certified teacher with qualifications for teaching grades 7-9 in Swedish. You have at least five years of previous experience working as a teacher for lower secondary school. It is meritorious if you have worked within special operations and have good knowledge of low-affective handling. It is also meritorious if you have certification for more subjects in lower secondary school. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's steering documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create study peace and a good learning environment for our students throughout their school day.

Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work and, with good knowledge and practice, work efficiently with relevant digital tools. Naturally, you have a professional approach and work for good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school.
