We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, situated in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you work to create a good learning and working environment for both students and staff. You also contribute to the quality and development work at the school.

  • Experience working with WBL, e.g., sourcing and coordinating WBL placements, collaboration with businesses, and student supervision.
  • Experience with industry quality and food safety requirements as well as current industry trends.
  • Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who is confident in the vocational teacher role and creates good conditions for students' learning and development. You adapt teaching to the students' and group's prerequisites and prior knowledge through a creative approach and strong pedagogical skills. Your working style is characterized by good structure, and you prioritize and organize tasks efficiently. Furthermore, you contribute to good collaborations and communicate openly, clearly, and attentively with your surroundings. You understand how students' backgrounds, cultures, and previous experiences affect learning and interaction, and you create an inclusive learning environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
