Melodigångens Preschool AB is located in Fosie, Malmö. Here, children and educators from all over the world come together.

We are a small preschool with just over 60 children and 13 educators. Our staff is engaged and involved in pedagogical development work. We have 5 departments, with a maximum of 12 children per department. We hold regular planning, development, and reflection sessions.

We are currently looking for a Childcare Assistant to support the departments in working with children who need special support.

You are positive, goal-oriented, and independent. You have a clear focus on the child and see possibilities rather than obstacles. It is important that you collaborate easily with children, parents, and colleagues.

We place great emphasis on "the learning play". You view pedagogical documentation as your natural work tool to achieve the preschool's goals, and as a means to increase influence and participation for everyone involved.

We are looking for a childcare assistant who is curious to work with us. To promote community and maintain high quality in our operations, we also collaborate across the entire house.
