We are now looking for personal assistants for a client living in Knutby.

About the job as a personal assistant

As a personal assistant, you will work closely with me in my daily life. You need to have common sense and personal maturity. You should appreciate the routines of everyday life and being in social settings. This is because you will assist and support me both in daily life and during leisure time.

We are looking for you who:

I am looking for you who are cooperative, generally cheerful, and pleasant. It is a requirement to be able to cook from scratch and clean a home hygienically. Interest in gardening, fermentation, and composting, etc., is appreciated.

You must be a non-smoker, have a healthy lifestyle, and be practical. You should have a sense of order and tidiness. Good physical fitness and a positive outlook on life are prerequisites. You are welcome to have a B-driving license and experience driving an automatic car, but this is not a requirement.

At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction at the client's home as well as access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.

About the employment

The form of employment is initially a hourly-based contract, which will then be changed to a fixed-term contract when we see that everything is working well.

The form of payment is hourly wage.

The working hours are Monday - Friday between 08:00-16:00, but may sometimes need to be adjusted.

Salary and other terms of employment according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
