We are looking for an experienced, engaged, and trained childcare worker who is passionate about working with the I Ur och Skur (Out and About) profile. Start date: August 10, 2026.

Forskolorna Uppdäckarna AB consists of four independent units. Each preschool has its own specific profile that we follow. The preschools are privately run and located in Älvsjö.

You will work in a team within the preschool following our guiding documents, including the Pedagogical Curriculum for the Preschool (Lpfö 18/25). You will be involved in shaping our preschool environment and recognizing the capabilities of each child. A positive approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues is of great importance. Children's influence is central to the design of our operations. Self-leadership is something we have been working on this year as part of our competence development.

Your role is to offer the children a joyful day aligned with the curriculum's intentions within our I Ur och Skur profile. We are affiliated with the Swedish Association for Outdoor Recreation (Friluftsfrämjandet) and conduct their "Knytt, Knopp och Muller" training programs.

We are looking for you who are a trained childcare worker and wish to work full-time. You are outgoing, engaged, and have strong initiative skills. You have good knowledge of the curriculum and how to work according to it.

You have strong communication and interaction skills with children, guardians, and educators.
