During a period with several major projects, we are now temporarily looking for a driven communicator, project manager, and event producer, with knowledge in both editorial production and events. You have a strong commitment to service, find it easy to interact with others, are a problem solver of great magnitude, and lead yourself in your work.

You belong to the communications team consisting of ten employees, located in an activity-based office environment in Rinkeby. We work with strategic communication for the department's operations, both internally and externally, and function as a full-fledged in-house agency. Your role

We are looking for a person for a fixed-term period for a number of specific projects. Examples of projects:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • a university education in communication and media or equivalent work experience
  • several years of experience working independently with complex communication efforts: project management and production management of both editorial products and events
  • very good familiarity with working with digital work tools
  • very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • experience working in Stockholm City
  • experience working in the Adobe suite

You are a service-minded and flexible problem solver who does not give up until the assignment is well executed. You are proactive, meticulous, and have a structured way of working. In your meetings with others, you communicate pedagogically, clearly, and respectfully. You enjoy getting to know new people and can work both independently and in teams.
