Attunda District Court is one of the country's largest district courts, i.e., the general court of first instance. We have approximately 170 employees. The court is a development-oriented workplace with dedicated and knowledgeable staff. The court always strives for developed leadership and employee engagement. Our goal is for the operations to be characterized by high quality and efficient case processing. We want to be a workplace where employees show each other care and see the court as a whole. The operations are conducted in modern and functional premises at Sollentuna station, just 15 minutes by commuter train from Stockholm Central. The main building has been connected to Sollentuna's landmark, Färgskrapan. In addition to the court's own premises, Färgskrapan houses some of the country's largest courtrooms and high-security rooms available to all of Sweden's courts.

We are addressing you who are at the beginning of your career. If you want to continue developing within the court, the next step for you could be to become a court case handler. We are looking for new employees for our adjudicating case units as well as the unit for coordination and archives.
The role involves
As a Court Assistant, you provide administrative support to the case handlers in the court's case units as well as the unit for coordination and archives.
You may rotate between our case units and the unit for coordination and archives. This means you will work with different colleagues and gain insight into the entire district court's operations. You will work with court case handlers, judges, and notaries.
Your daily tasks include registering incoming documents from both the public and other authorities, as well as working on simpler decisions regarding divorce. You will work with the release of public documents, answer incoming phone calls, register new cases and matters, and perform other actions included in case processing. Furthermore, you will handle correspondence, expedite judgments and decisions, and book certain hearings.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have completed and passed a 3-year upper secondary school education. You have at least one year of experience working with service or administration, high IT maturity, and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Furthermore, you have very good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish, as well as speaking and understanding English. Experience within the public sector is meritorious.

To succeed in the role, you need to have a good attitude towards people, quickly absorb new knowledge, and use your experience in a flexible way. We are looking for you who are responsible, careful, and have good judgment. You have a pronounced sense for service, and enjoy working with administration and using the telephone as a tool. You are a team player and can adapt to new circumstances. To thrive with us, you need to be positive and able to work both independently and in small groups.
