About the role

As a Global HR Business Partner, you will support corporate and functional teams with strategic HR guidance. You will drive the People & Communication agenda and act as a coach for leaders to ensure that employee strategies support business goals.

Responsibilities

The role involves close collaboration with the organization's leaders to integrate HR strategies, lead projects, and develop processes throughout the employee lifecycle in a global context.

  • Act as a partner to leaders to align People & Culture priorities with business goals
  • Lead HR initiatives and change management programs
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent, performance, and development
  • Analyze HR data, share insights, and recommend actions
  • Act as an ambassador for HR processes, tools, and issues related to the employee lifecycle
  • Coach and support leaders and employees in their daily work
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to improve HR practices

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, or a related field
  • Has at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably from a global or international environment.
  • Has experience in management, leadership, or strategic leadership support.
  • Is able to work in a data-driven and technical manner in a changing environment
  • Has a collaborative mindset with strong intercultural awareness.
  • Has fluent skills in English in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of Swedish.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Fluent skills in Swedish (in both speech and writing)
  • Experience from the bio-pharmaceutical industry, MedTech, or other regulated operations.
  • Experience in change management in larger organizations.
