Folktandvården Stockholm is now looking for a recruiter for a fixed-term assignment. Here you will work broadly with recruitment, contribute to a positive candidate experience, and help develop one of Sweden's strongest employer brands within dentistry.

About the assignment

Do you want to make a difference by attracting and recruiting the right competence? Here you will become an important part of an engaged recruitment team where you work closely with managers and HR colleagues. The role offers a varied daily routine with both operational recruitment tasks and the opportunity to contribute to the development of our working methods.

The recruitment unit currently consists of three recruitment specialists and is part of the HR and payroll department. We support our two business areas: general dentistry and specialist dentistry, as well as the head office's various departments with competence supply and recruitment.

Your responsibilities

In the role of recruitment specialist, you are responsible for driving recruitment processes from needs analysis and requirement profile to employment. You are a secure and professional support for our managers in recruitment matters and contribute with your competence throughout the process.

You also actively work to strengthen our employer brand by creating attractive job advertisements and contributing to increased visibility in relevant channels. Together with the team, you develop and quality-assure recruitment processes, templates, and working methods to ensure an efficient, professional, and positive candidate experience.

Your background

We are looking for you who have a university education in HR, preferably in combination with a few years of recruitment experience. You have a genuine interest in the candidate experience and the employer brand. If you also have experience in social media marketing and volume recruitment, it is an advantage.

Furthermore, as a person, you are structured, self-initiating, and accustomed to taking initiative as well as planning and driving several recruitment processes in parallel. You have very good communication skills in both speech and writing in Swedish and are service-oriented in your work approach. You enjoy collaborating and building relationships, both internally within the organization and externally with candidates and partners.

Employment

We look forward to your application by August 16, 2026. The employment is a fixed-term assignment of approximately nine months, starting as soon as possible or as agreed.

The process

We apply continuous selection, so do not wait to submit your application. The recruitment process begins with a personality test and problem-solving test. Tests are sent out starting week 31 and thereafter continuously throughout the application period.

Candidates who proceed will be called for a short phone check-in, where we tell you more about the role and the continued recruitment process. Finally, in-depth interviews are conducted, starting during week 34, with the candidates who have progressed through the initial selection steps.
