We are looking for you who are a Registered Nurse with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare and have experience working with home healthcare in ordinary housing. We prefer that you have at least 2–4 years of experience in the field and good collaboration skills. You must master the Swedish language in speech and writing, and perhaps speak one or more other languages. You should focus on the individual, see their needs, and be flexible regarding their decisions. About Us

Abello Home Care is a reliable home care service that provides support according to municipal decisions on assistance. In addition to home care, we deliver home healthcare and household-related services. We work in teams – we develop together and work towards common goals. We have an HSL team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

Employment: 100%. Experience in elderly care is preferred (can be discussed upon individual request).

Your Responsibilities

Currently, we are looking for a Registered Nurse for the team in Lund. The main task as a Registered Nurse within Abello Home Healthcare involves:

• maintaining a professional attitude, meaning you always ensure high quality in care and interaction.
• documenting in Lifecare to ensure high quality and reliability. Digital signing of HSL interventions takes place in APPVA to ensure good care and support.
• being flexible and development-oriented.
• taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate.
• having advantageous experience and knowledge of the medical record system Lifecare.
• working hours are scheduled on weekdays and every other weekend, normally 07:00–16:00.
