Ystad Health Centre

Ystad Health Centre is a well-functioning primary care clinic located in central Ystad with good transport links by both car and public transport. Here, we meet the needs of patients through a broad range of primary care services and actively work on health promotion and preventive measures to strengthen patients' health and quality of life.

About 70 employees work here in an engaged, cross-professional team consisting of district nurses, nurses, specialist doctors, resident doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistant nurses, dietitians, social workers, psychologists, medical secretaries, and administrators. Together, we offer safe, accessible, and person-centered care where the patient is always at the center. The health centre also has training places for several different professional categories and is characterized by a good mix of experience, innovation, and a development-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

As a nurse here, you have a central role at the clinic where you meet patients with varying care needs. The responsibilities include, among other things, telephone advice, work in 1177 Direct and 1177 e-services, as well as clinic work. You work closely with other professions to offer patients safe, accessible, and person-centered care.

Here, you are offered a varied job where you have the opportunity to develop your competence based on the organization's needs and your interests. We run, among other things, a NOAK (anticoagulant) clinic as well as treatments with Monofer and Aclasta. When staffing allows, there is also the possibility to be responsible for your own clinic based on interest and competence.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. If you have a relevant specialist nurse education, we see this as an asset. Depending on the organization's needs and your competence, there is an opportunity to develop your role within current areas of responsibility.

It is meritorious if you have experience working in primary care or clinic work. Experience with, for example, telephone advice, infusions, or running your own clinic is viewed positively.

Employment Terms

Salary range: 34,000 - 47,000 SEK per month.
